Welcome to Genesis Physical Rehabilitation at King Plaza in Moline. We are one of the newest outpatient clinics in the Genesis family. We are a provider of comprehensive outpatient Physical and Occupational Therapy services, with a primary focus on Industrial Therapy.
Our skilled and experienced clinicians treat the acutely injured worker, provide Pre-Employment Screens, perform Functional Capacity Evaluations, and monitor Work Conditioning/Hardening patients. At the job site, we provide Ergonomic Assessments and Job Analyses, and can assist employers in developing Essential Functions Listings.

All of our services are provided by highly educated clinicians that are continually updating their knowledge and skills with continuing education courses and hands on clinics.
