Group classes are a great way to get in shape in a high energy setting. The following classes are currently available:
Boot Camp
These classes are high intensity, no choreography, cardio and strength training intervals. Come ready for a total body workout. We use a variety of equipment and like to mix it up.
Team Cycling
This energizing cardio workout is fun for everyone. This class sprints, jumps, seated hills, standing hills, all performed on the cycle. A great lower body workout! If you are new to spin try our easy spin.
Cardio Kick
This intense cardio workout incorporates moves such as kicking & punching combinations, and heavy bag training. This class helps build stamina, coordination, and increases self confidence. Its fun and easy to follow. Give it a try!
Yoga
A total mind & body workout, it helps build strength, flexibility, muscle balancing, and relaxation. Release your mind & body from tension, regain balance and energy.
Pilates
This class focuses on core strengthening, recommended by osteopaths and physiotherapists. Six basic principles of pilates are control, concentration, centering, focus, precision, and breathing. If you are looking to shape and define your body without adding bulk, pilates is for you.
Zumba
Dance your way to a fitter you. It is a fun, low impact way to lose weight.
Butts & Guts
This class focuses on lower body and abdominals. We incorporate some cardio with focus on squats, lunges, and lots of floor work.
Sculpt & Tone
If you are looking for total body toning, this class is for you. With the use of free weights we will help you sculpt your physique.
Head to Toe
This class is a strength training class. We will work your body from top to bottom. There will be some cardio, free weights, body bars, resistance bands, resistance tubes, and balance ball exercises. An excellent circuit training workout!
Boxing
Try something new, this intense workout will wear you out. If you survive the intense bag drills and plyometrics, you will come out feeling like a champion.
Max P.T. (Maximum Physical Training)
Wow! A.K.A. Military “SMOKE SESSION”.
Build mental toughness, rock hard muscles, and unbelievable muscle endurance during this 30 minute session. Learn to take your body to a new level of physical exertion and leave class feeling “UNSTOPPABLE”
